The client and agency assessor will develop a Care Plan during the initial Intake and Needs Assessment. Providers visit your home to provide service according to your Care Plan.
In-Home Services Personal Care is a cost share program with clients contributing between $3 and $20 per hour. Provider substitutions are offered as available.
- Assist with light meal preparation and/or feeding
- Personal hygiene, standby shower assist
- Sponge bath/bed bath if unable to transfer (hospital lift bed only)
- Hair brushing, combing, and/or drying
- Clean under nails (only)
- Apply over-the-counter lotion (if client is unable)
- Dressing assist (if client is unable)
