Health Services
Foot Care Clinic
Healthy feet help you stay steady, active, and comfortable. Our Foot Care Clinic offers routine support like basic foot checks and foot care guidance to help you prevent small issues from becoming bigger problems. It’s a simple step that can make a big difference in day-to-day comfort.
The Kalkaska COA offers foot care by a Registered Nurse, by appointment only. Foot care is offered in-center, in-home, and at our Rapid City site, depending on the client’s situation. Insulin-dependent diabetics must let the receptionist know when making an appointment.
In-Home Foot Care
If getting out is difficult, foot care can come to you. In-Home Foot Care provides convenient support in the comfort of your home to help keep feet healthy and comfortable. This service can be especially helpful for those with limited mobility or ongoing health concerns.
Blood Pressure Monitoring
Knowing your numbers is an important part of staying well. Blood Pressure Monitoring offers quick, routine checks and a chance to track trends over time. It’s a helpful way to stay informed and share updates with your healthcare provider if needed.
Health Education
Good information leads to better choices. Health Education provides practical, easy-to-understand guidance on topics that support everyday wellness—like medications, fall prevention, nutrition, hydration, and healthy routines. We focus on simple steps that can help you feel your best.
Essential Needs
Sometimes it’s the basics that make life harder. Essential Needs support helps connect you with resources and assistance for everyday necessities—so you can stay safe and stable at home. When needs come up, we help point you toward helpful options and next steps.
